Please read these terms carefully before using the bdfast platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

This document ("Terms and Conditions") forms a binding agreement between bdfast online casino and betting platform ("bdfast", "we", "us") and each individual who uses the platform ("user", "you"). General Provisions

bdfast is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo and many other games.

These terms and conditions apply to all services of bdfast, including the website, mobile version and any applications launched in the future. Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply to you.

bdfast reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration and Personal Information

To create an account on bdfast, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Registration requirements:

  • Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
  • You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from sharing them with a third party.
  • If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify the bdfast support team immediately.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

Identity Verification (KYC):

For withdrawal requests above a certain amount, bdfast may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete. This process is fully secure and protected by SSL encryption.

Age Verification and Eligibility

bdfast services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

bdfast may request proof of age at any time. Deposits and withdrawals may be suspended until age is verified. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and an attempt will be made to return the deposited funds through the appropriate process.

Parents are strongly encouraged to use parental control software to restrict their children's access to bdfast and any other online gaming platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit rules:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for each payment method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • After a successful deposit, the account balance is usually updated within a few minutes.
  • The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
  • bdfast does not charge any service fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile banking number from which the deposit was made.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • If any withdrawal appears unusual, bdfast reserves the right to carry out additional verification.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering

Welcome bonus:

bdfast offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus (total ৳2,000); if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 (total ৳17,000).

Wagering requirements:

  • A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
  • Some games played with bonus balance may contribute less to wagering calculations — the detailed terms for each promotion will be stated on that offer's page.

General bonus terms:

  • Bonuses are provided solely for the purpose of playing on the bdfast platform — they are not a substitute for cash.
  • bdfast reserves the right to cancel, modify or limit any promotion.
  • A user may use a promotion only once. If misuse of a promotion is found (such as using multiple accounts), all related accounts and winnings will be cancelled.

Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

All games on bdfast are operated under a fair play policy. The specific rules for slots, live casino, sports betting and other games are detailed on the relevant game pages.

Bet validity:

  • If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue (server error, internet disconnection), bdfast will make every effort to treat that bet as void and return the funds.
  • If incorrect odds are offered on a live event, or if a bet is placed at clearly erroneous odds, bdfast reserves the right to cancel that bet.
  • In sports betting, the authority to determine results depends on bdfast's own data sources.

Software and connection issues:

bdfast is not liable for disconnection during a game caused by internet disruption or software problems. However, results will be determined based on the information stored on the game server.

Prohibited Activities and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdfast. Violating this provision will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

  • Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
  • Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Artificially exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse), including all forms of arbitrage betting.
  • Attempting to hack, deploy malware or carry out any other technical attack on the platform.
  • Using bdfast for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.

bdfast uses advanced security measures to detect suspicious activity. Suspicious transactions are automatically flagged for review.

Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

Closure by bdfast:

bdfast may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Direction from a regulatory authority.

Closure by the user:

You may close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Any balance present at the time of the closure request is withdrawable (provided the wagering requirements have been met).
